美國電影《愛情故事》（Love Affair）的主題曲《love story 》，這個歌曲是我很早接觸的外國電影歌曲，當時我還很小，只能聽懂幾個單詞的英文歌曲，畫面很吸引人，是一個中年男子從容地走過來，坐在一個長椅上開始漫不經心的演唱，演唱者是Andy williams，安迪·威廉斯，不是電影原唱，但這個歌曲他演繹的特別好，依稀記得畫面就是一對男女在室外不大一個結冰的小湖上滑冰，這個歌曲的旋律和那些畫面我永遠不會忘記。

簡單卻又純凈的愛情

故事發生在美國著名高校哈佛大學里。奧利佛和珍妮在圖書館相識，起初兩個人還因為圖書的事情爭吵，結果一個鏡頭切過來，變成了奧利佛在餐廳里請珍妮喝咖啡。後來他們迅速墜入愛河。戀愛中的男女的娛樂生活自然會十分豐富，奧利佛專攻他的冰球，珍妮一直在支持著他。

電影中的故事發生在冬天，校園里都積滿了厚厚的雪。奧利佛和珍妮在雪地里打鬧翻滾、堆雪人，珍妮甚至在吃雪。兩個人的臉凍的通紅，卻掩蓋不住他們的笑容。仰面朝天的躺在雪裡，愉悅的心情從他們心裡彌漫到鏡頭里，在感染到每一個觀眾的心裡。羨慕那樣的大雪啊！而在電影結尾依舊是純白的背景，失去了真愛的奧利佛只留給我們一個孤獨的背影，獨坐在雪地上，緬懷著那些逝去的美好時光，或許他們唯有在記憶中才會再次重聚。哈佛的雪景成為了本片的一個重要標志，暗示了他們的愛情如同雪花一般純潔美麗，可是又是短暫易逝，終究是要融化在春天的。盡管有著悲傷的結尾，但是導演卻把這種悲傷處理的特別低調，甚至都不被人察覺。我們沒有看到珍妮離開人世的情景，我們只有在男主角的背影里意識到什麼，而當字幕出現，就會猛然領悟到一種難以名狀的酸楚。
