没有这样子的播放器，除非有外挂字幕。
播放器最多可以支持外挂字幕，有的影片里面嵌有多个音轨或字幕，可以通过播放器进行调试。
推荐一个比较好用可以播放各种格式的视频，而且支持外挂字幕的播放器
完美解码，或者超级解码，个人觉得前者的界面比较简单，适合新手用。
然后就是射手播放器，不过由于射手网在不久前倒闭了，所以只能有在倒闭时间前影片可以自动搜索到字幕大概是在2014年末。

『肆』 关于英语电影片名的翻译问题
理论的话，现在比较统一的是目的论（Skopos Theory 或 Skopstheorie）。目的论主要包含四个基本规则The Skopos rule， The Coherence rule， The Fidelity rule， 以及The Loyalty principle。 结合电影片名的英译来讲，就是将电影固有英文片名以及电影内容相结合来进行翻译，也可以看作是直译和意译的结合。其中主要运用的翻译方式是归化和异化，英文就是Domestication and foreignization。
最后补充一点，毕竟理论是通过实践总结出来的，所以也不好说现在片名的翻译有什么通用理论，只能说根据翻译成品，翻译过程等等来讲，大部分片名翻译与某个理论相符合。

『柒』 请教关于电影中英文翻译问题
英文译法是依据他的意境翻译的。中文也是一样的。就像沉默的羔羊，英文原著的名字是《silence of the lamb 》，直译应该译为：羔羊的沉默，但是和影片内容不合了，就翻译城沉默的羔羊了。
另外，这和译者的理解有很大关系的，译者这么理解，就这么翻译。
说回电影：记得有那么一个场景：男主角和女主角在一起，看彩虹。在公墓那里呢
而在男主角死后，小弟和妈妈在一起，也看到了彩虹，这就是电影意象的回应了，所以译成《Echoes of Rainbow》也是很正常的。
而且还有一个，不是说那种双彩虹几十年可能都看不到一次吗？那几十年，当然是指长长的岁月了。
其实都是一个意思，强调岁月是一个最大的小偷。偷走了许多东西
