歌舞青春吧，有歌有說話而且比較聽得懂，很好看，或者看ics頻道都是講英語的，現在有雙面孟漢娜的，會教一些短語的播出時間是周一到周五九點半到十點，九點還有迪斯尼原版的動畫全英文，如果可以接受也能看看，最近播的是泰山，挺標準的。

我不知道你要練習哪方面，如果是書面的英語可以多讀英語雜志比如中國的beijing review 和 報紙china daily 如果要練口語的話 我推薦VOA是很好的練習材料，幾個月就能有很大突破。書的話可以去書店看看英文原版的小說。具體得看你想提高哪方面能力了。

當然是有的啊，平時多看一些有意義的英文電影試著去聽曲連自己的聽力並試著說出來對提升英語有很大幫助的，

我推薦看《阿甘正傳》，其實在我看來看電影學英語，一定要用跟讀的方式去一句一句學習。一句一句去研究台詞，一句一句去理解，一句一句去模仿。一開始，很多台詞肯定聽不清楚，不過，沒關系，聽不清，也可以模仿。根據台詞的讀法，照貓畫虎的模仿跟讀就是了。只要照著這樣的方法堅持跟讀模仿下去，你能夠聽清的就會越來越多，直到在不遠的將來有一天就什麼都能聽清了。

『玖』 想學英語口語，跟著美劇對白模仿，但是我發現等電影看完後，沒有哪句話有印象，咋辦
