建議你參照我的方法，分階段學習。一天背下幾句又能怎麼地。光靠大膽自信還不夠。練練練，掛個MP4天天聽也不行，關鍵是系統的方法。我是英語專業畢業的，英語八級，現在當翻譯，在大學時去英語角，上課發言等都不管用，一度非常苦惱。後來發現口語練習需要系統的方法。建議你按照我的方法做。 買個帶同聲對比的復讀機或CD或MP4 1語音階段，買個學習音標書，我用的是（正音美語發音基本功）航空工業出版社的。非常棒的糾正音的適合你的。照書上的內容練，一天倆小時，兩個月，語音可以過關。無論你的基礎怎麼樣。切記一定要仔細認真模仿糾正模仿在模仿。 2篇章階段，買VOA慢速英語，照上面的句子，語音，語調，斷句，停頓，高低，節奏，長短等等，越細越好，模仿，對比，模仿，糾正，再模仿。不求量只求質。兩個月，你能模仿出兩篇文章就行。3電影階段，看電影（冰河世紀1），因為它簡單。每句話聽五遍以上，看看能聽懂幾個單詞。在看漢語五遍，看看能聽懂幾個片語，再看英語五遍以上。然後倒過來從英語字幕到漢語字幕到無字幕，五遍以上。這部影片夠你看兩個月，五分鍾的影片可以看兩小時以上。4與人交流。自信大膽的與中國人，別管對錯，把自己想說的說出來。與老外更好。記住耐心模仿，細心比較，持之以恆，反反復復，半年以後你的口語一定很棒。
