歌舞青春吧，有歌有說話而且比較聽得懂，很好看，或者看ics頻道都是講英語的，現在有雙面孟漢娜的，會教一些短語的播出時間是周一到周五九點半到十點，九點還有迪斯尼原版的動畫全英文，如果可以接受也能看看，最近播的是泰山，挺標準的。
