劇情簡介：

◎簡 介

劇情：
伍迪和巴斯光年等一班玩具們經歷了上回的歷險後友誼日益增強。同時，多迪的看家狗也成為了他們要好的朋友，大家在一起其樂融融。
一天，多迪在玩耍時不慎將伍迪的胳膊弄斷了，這讓伍迪十分傷心，生怕主人會將自己拋棄。不久，多迪的媽媽在家進行大掃除時准備將舊企鵝伍義扔掉，伍迪深感同情，決定挺身相救。當伍迪騎著看家狗將伍義救回時，自己卻不幸失足掉到了院子里。恰巧此時一個胖玩具商發現了伍迪，他背著多迪的媽媽將伍迪塞入口袋偷了去，並把他帶回到了一個玩具工廠。
當伍迪驚恐萬分急著要逃出工廠時，卻發現這里有許多的牛仔玩具，並且他們見到伍迪後顯得十分激動。原來，這些玩具都是胖玩具商搜羅來的，他們是過去一部熱門卡通片中的人物，這里就缺少伍迪這個主角了。為了讓伍迪明白自己的身世，他們為伍迪播放了牛仔卡通片的劇集，伍迪這才知道了自己過去的很多英雄故事，也才知道這些玩具都是當年和自己一起出道的夥伴，同時他還知道了一個他不安的消息，胖玩具商將要把他和這些牛仔夥伴一塊兒被賣到日本的一家玩具博物館去！
巴斯光年等玩具在伍迪被偷走後進行了認真分析，推斷出胖玩具商工廠的地點，於是組成了一支精乾的小分隊前往營救伍迪。在工廠里，巴斯光年也看到了成群結隊的「巴斯光年」玩具，同時還有他的死對頭……
