能，但是要精看精聽，像英語聽力課堂學習那樣，到英文歌你可以跟著唱下來，一段台詞你都可以背下來的程度。
其實還要看你想提高哪方面的水平，應試的話，這個方法不太好，應試還得多掌握單詞，多做題；要是出國或者日常的英語交流的話，聽歌看電影只是一方面，還要多開口練習才行。
