龔秋霞（1916年12月4日-2004年9月7日），原名龔莎莎、龔秋香。江蘇崇明（今屬上海市）人，中國著名電影演員。十二歲參加上海梅花歌舞團。在該團遍歷大江南北，遠涉東南亞，進行歌舞表演，成為該團台柱——著名的「五虎將」之一。
