比如UUBIRD上面也有公開招募這些人員,很多隻是喜歡看英文電影的人就去了..但是翻譯得確實不怎麼樣哈..

G. 那些英文電影的翻譯人員工資多少 是全職么
上譯的工資很高，譯制人員都是教授級的（有的職稱雖非教授，也是口、筆譯最高的）。達到總譯制的都是國內頂尖的了，月薪最低的約8000，都是全職的。還有非電影的翻譯任務（不是私活），算獎金吧。最低的年薪可達20W（稅後）
H. 電影翻譯員的要求
有專職的，比如上海譯影廠，必須有自己的翻譯團隊吧- -。還會有一些特約翻譯嘉賓(￣▽￣) 但國內知名的似乎僅此一家（其實是我只知道這一家）
具體要求並不清楚。。。還是想辦法去上譯問吧(￣▽￣)語言和影視專業的應該會有優勢。猜想單純懂英語大概不夠。感覺重要的是對國外電影 文化 生活的了解，其次才是駕馭語言的能力。多讀這方面的書。在國外生活的經歷也可能會有很大幫助的。
網上的字幕組不管盈利非盈利，都不會給翻譯員報酬的。親們一半是愛好是激情（有時候趕時間會很累），另一半是為了鍛煉提高自己的語言能力（用心做的話的確效果顯著……）， 都不是當作職業來做的。而且，呃，一些磚家說做這個並不合法(￣△￣) 有興趣可以去體驗下生活，某種意義上了解一下你要做的職業= =
