電影製作中各職務的英文名稱如下：

1、導演-Director

核心職位之一。狹義上的導演負責指導表演和設計鏡頭；廣義上的導演要負責電影拍攝的所有藝術創作部分。

2、副導演-Assistant Director

核心職位之一，分為1st Assistant Director，中文為第一副導演，簡稱1st AD；2nd Assistant Director，中文為第二副導演，簡稱2nd AD。

第一副導演，有時在國內會被被稱為執行導演，是導演具體工作的執行人，主要負責片場的正常運行，以及確保拍攝按照拍攝計劃執行，並製作每日的通告單（call sheet）。

第二副導演，在國內有時被稱為助理導演，或僅僅「副導演」。他負責所有與導演工作有關的信息，報告，和文案。他還負責催場，提醒演員，安排演員或文替，並進行拍攝前的准備工作。他還需要記錄所有工種的工作時間表，協助第一副導演的工作，負責整理所有有關文檔。

電影攝影師是對布光，攝影機，構圖，電影拍攝技術了如指掌的藝術創作者。他們是那個真正意義上將劇本文字轉化為圖像的人。

8、Composer作曲

核心職位之一。即創作電影音樂的音樂人。一般被賦予「Music by」的稱號。

9、Costume Designer-服飾設計師

就是設計電影中角色穿著戲服的人。

一般電影的製作流程如下：

1、選擇劇本

這是最重要的，一般是由製片人來選擇劇本，但是也不缺乏導演來選擇劇本的，但是導演在選擇了一部好的劇本之後，就要說服公司以及製片人來為他投資。

2、資金

4、明星陣容

5、組建攝制組
