好的動漫在畫面，音樂，聲優上是有機結合的，畫面固然重要，因為看動漫給觀眾最直觀的就是畫面，沒有好的畫面，其他的不用說，根本就沒發提起觀眾的興趣，甚至招來謾罵，例如《武裝機甲》畫面崩壞的如同幼兒畫的一般，Fans們沒有不罵的，所以一個好的動畫，畫面是基礎。

僅有畫面是不行的，必須有好的配樂，音樂可以說是一部作品的靈魂，作為氣氛、環境的渲染手段，配樂上也必須下功夫，《犬夜叉》就是這方面的典型代表
這部作品配樂不僅在各個情節上把握的十分到位，而且所有音樂都大氣磅礴，十分震撼。同時好的配樂也是引人入勝的關鍵，深夜故事想必你一定聽過，這個廣播之所以聽起來恐怖，完全是配樂的功效，所以稱配樂是一部作品的靈魂也不為過。

然後就是聲優了，有了好的畫面，好的配樂一部作品並不完整，關鍵在於聲優的運用，為什麼現在有那麼多聲優控，就是因為他們在某個角色的扮演上取得了成功得到了大家的認可。觀眾的第一印象是這個人物本身，而聲優又賦予這個人物生命，賦予他性格，品德等等，所以觀眾才會喜歡這個角色，喜歡這個角色的聲優，可以說聲優是作品的點睛之筆。

如果想做廣播，那麼配樂和聲優上要更下功夫，因為沒有畫面，所以只能靠這兩方面吸引聽眾，當然你可以看幾部動畫或電影，並體會一下其中的配樂、配音等等，這樣也許會有很多啟發，網路知道里有不少動畫推薦的問題，網友推薦的動畫都是不錯的，你可以從中選幾部看，我個人比較推薦《狼與辛香料》。
