‍‍私以為，在翻譯美學領域無人可與老爺子許淵沖媲美。接觸到其古詩詞英譯版不少，但私心最喜歡的仍舊是在翻譯啟蒙初期看到的兩句古文，源語出自《詩經· 小雅. 採薇》昔我往矣，楊柳依依。今我來思，雨雪霏霏。When I left here,Willows shed tear。I come back now,Snow bends the bough。初見之時欣喜若狂，從未見如此傳神之譯法。「Willows shed tears」運用了擬人化的修辭手法，生動地將楊柳依依不捨之情表達出來。「Snow bends the bough」 意指大雪之重壓彎了樹干，也堪稱一絕。從老爺子這里開始，我才真正領悟到翻譯的美之所在。‍‍

⑤ 關於英語電影片名的翻譯問題

理論的話，現在比較統一的是目的論（Skopos Theory 或 Skopstheorie）。目的論主要包含四個基本規則The Skopos rule， The Coherence rule， The Fidelity rule， 以及The Loyalty principle。 結合電影片名的英譯來講，就是將電影固有英文片名以及電影內容相結合來進行翻譯，也可以看作是直譯和意譯的結合。其中主要運用的翻譯方式是歸化和異化，英文就是Domestication and foreignization。
最後補充一點，畢竟理論是通過實踐總結出來的，所以也不好說現在片名的翻譯有什麼通用理論，只能說根據翻譯成品，翻譯過程等等來講，大部分片名翻譯與某個理論相符合。
