1.其次，要有大量的閱讀和聽力做基礎。在讀和聽的過程中，積累了詞彙，掌握了句型，熟悉了用英語表達思想的方式，最重要的是培養了語感。

2.同時，學英語口語也需要用多種辦法：如大聲朗讀英語對話和文章，朗讀各種句型的例句和口語中最常用的句子，背誦文章及演講，與會英語的人練口語，當然，最好與以英語為母語的人練口語。

3.說英語還要有膽量。如果你能在說不太出口，或是說不好的情況下，大膽地說。

4.只會學英語，而不能盡快地去用，那就永遠也學不好英語。在學英語的過程中，要始終尋找機會說英語。

5.能同以英語為母語的人說英語是最佳方法。在國內學英語缺乏環境，看電影學英語口語是彌補環境不足的好方法。
