最近，我看了一部極具「人情味」的動畫片，它的名字就是《玩具總動員》。
它講述的是：
胡迪是小主人安弟最喜歡的傳統牛仔玩偶，他和其他玩具趁主人不在時，便會「活」起來一起玩鬧。可是好景不常，最新奇的熱門玩具巴斯光年來了，他讓胡迪備受冷落。失寵的胡迪為了鞏固自己的地位，只好處心積慮地想要趕走巴斯。最後，胡迪和巴斯不幸化敵為友的故事。
看完此片，我想到了那些以前被我丟棄的玩具，它們在黑暗的垃圾桶，廢棄堆里，是否會傷心，是否會抱怨？我想是的，因為它們不僅僅是玩具，它們也是有思想的，當你的玩具被你遺忘的時候，他們也會難過的。
或許，你現在覺得那些老玩具已經不潮了，但是你在拋棄他們的時候，沒有懷念過曾經與他們在一起度過的美好時光嗎？
2.功夫熊貓
還是一貫的夢工場的高水準，畫面精緻細膩，人物生動傳神，故事情節曲折動人，最重要的是它以最簡單易解的方式說明白了一個道理，那就是——世界上沒有任何捷徑和秘籍，唯一的制勝法門就是相信自己。
不想再說更多的劇情，因為它真的很出色。看的過程中，頻頻出現人們會意的笑聲，整個氛圍相當的輕松和愜意。這個片子做得非常地道，一點兒也沒有是由西方人演繹的感覺，不論是故事還是其中傳達的意境，不論是畫面還是其中的細節，都是東方式的；唯一特別的可能就是出現的現代的口語，比如ok之類的。
3.美人魚公主
周日中午沒睡午覺，特意看了動畫片《美人魚公主》，相信這部動畫片很多人都看過，因為它美麗，浪漫，充滿了神秘的氣息，而且製作精美，設計巧妙，又尤其美人魚形象堪稱一絕。
美麗的愛麗兒是一條可愛的小美人魚，她一心嚮往人類世界，每天都想盡辦法游出海面，企圖能夠接觸人類。可是接觸人類世界卻是人魚法律所禁止的。她聰明、勇敢、喜歡冒險，常和她最好的朋友小比目魚胖胖還有音樂大臣賽巴斯丁一起出去探險
個人很喜歡美人魚這個動畫角色，也許每個女人潛意識里都會有些浪漫情結吧（老公經常強調我不浪漫，太現實，喜歡斤斤計較，抓住別人的小辮子不放，雖然我一直沒找到機會和辯詞來進行反駁，但我心裡是從來都沒承認過我有這么多的缺點的。），雖然小孩都上幼兒園了，但還是喜歡看這個動畫片。
4.《冰河世紀3》——觀後感
從兩只松鼠的開場到兩只松鼠的結束將此故事做了一個引導的作用。
整個故事給人有種從外界進入一個環境美麗但確又有著難以想像的冒險，最後戰勝敵人最終boss魯迪救回朋友到了自己的家園完美結局。整部影片的故事情節很生動，讓人的心裡有隨著故事發展起伏和誇張的似人情感表現出角色的觀眾的心理舒暢，有讓人在觀看中找到解放天性，狂放野性奔放的想像力等，除此之外還有裡面的角色的擬人行為思想和動作的結合體現給我的感覺是很有趣、很搞笑、很輕松。影片給我的第一感覺是很獨特有種讓人想進入這樣環境的感覺。在影片的畫面和音效的完美結合中給人的第一印象是非常有好感。
5.《飛屋環游記》——觀後感
本影片在沒有冰河時代那種有搞笑和賞心悅目也沒有那種驚奇的搞怪誇張幻想在裡面，只是很似人的故事情感的塑造了一個人物的思想和被改變到最後的為了救羅素和kevin和查爾斯的戰斗讓故事有了一個很好的體現人的性情和理想願望等。他在為了完成心愛人的願望將他們的房子放到天堂瀑布不懈努力堅強執著 一定要將這件事做完而放棄了kevin被查爾斯抓走而為了房子放棄營救，看出他心裡情緒是多麼在乎他妻子的願望不為過之後，看了妻子留給他的……而想通。之後他在回想到與羅素、kevin和狗的生活，這些讓他感受到了朋友的重要。他就馬上行動去救羅素。他就把所有房子里的東西讓自己……在有失去房子他那時的心裡和最後羅素坐在房子旁數車的色彩，說明人物已經從過去的悲傷中走了出來，這里可以體現整部片子的人物生活性情的改變，說明我們現實也許要……

字幕相關介紹（字幕格式和字幕插件VobSub）
現在比較流行的字幕格式分為圖形格式和文本格式兩類。
圖形格式字幕：由idx和sub文件組成，有時也能看到ifo文件，不過這個現在已經不怎麼用的上了。idx相當於索引文件，裡麵包括了字幕出現的時間碼和字幕顯示屬性等。sub文件就是存放字幕本身了，注意是圖片格式的，所以比較大，動輒10M以上了。idx+sub可以存放很多語言的字幕，提供了在播放的時候的選擇。
文本格式字幕：比較流行的文本字幕有srt、smi、ssa和sub（和上面圖形格式後綴一樣）格式，因為是文本格式，所以就比較小了，一般大不過百來k。其中srt文本字幕最為流行，因為其製作規范簡單，一句時間代碼+一句字幕，使得製作修改就相當簡單。配合上.style文件還能讓srt自帶一些字體上的特效等。幾種文本字幕可以互相轉換。文本字幕一般通過對圖形字幕進行OCR或者手工製作生成，OCR英文字幕不難，畢竟英文識別難度小嘛，OCR中文難度就大一些，所用的軟體個頭也不小（SubOCR，30多M）。
VobSub支持以上提到的各種格式，其工作原理就是在播放器打開avi文件（另外還有asf、mpg等）的時候，將字幕（如果有的話）進行load，然後配合影音文件一起播放。通常VobSub工作的時候會在任務欄上產生一個小的綠色箭頭。
如果你安裝的是MPC VeryCD版，MPC本身就集成了Vobsub，因此不用再另外安裝。但是如果你選用的是其他的播放器，如media plyaer 9就需要再單獨安裝一遍Vobsub。安裝的過程很簡單，這里就不再復述了。
下面介紹如何使用字幕文件：
1。首先你要先下載和電影文件配套的字幕文件。VeryCD上發布的大部分電影資源，都附帶相應的字幕文件。如果下載的電影文件的地方沒有提供相應的字幕文件，你可以先到射手網(www.shooter.com.cn)去找找看。在射手網上搜索字幕文件的時候，有一點需要提醒大家注意：那就是同一個電影文件在網路上很有可能有多個不同的版本，比如有的電影還流傳一個「未刪節版」，有的電影有單碟裝的還有雙碟裝的。這些在搜索字幕的時候都是需要特別注意的地方。如果版本不統一，很有可能會在播放的時候造成不同步的現象。
2。完成下載相應的字幕文件之後，需要把下載的字幕文件和電影文件放到同一個目錄下面。然後需要把字幕文件和電影文件改成同一文件名稱，這其中不包括文件的擴展名。一般來說都是習慣把字幕文件改成和電影文件相同的名稱。
例如下載某電影為abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].avi，相應的字幕文件為abc_def.srt(或者abc_def.idx和abc_def.sub)。修改後的字幕文件為abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].srt(或者abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].idx和abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].sub)。有兩點需要注意：如果大家的系統設置的是「隱藏已知文件的擴展名」，一般只顯示文件的名稱，而不顯示文件的擴展名。既然擴展名已經被隱藏，修改的時候就不要再畫蛇添足了。另外還有一種比較特殊的情況就是，例如某一電影文件名字是abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].avi.avi,那這一文件的前綴名稱就是abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].avi，修改的時候也一定要多多注意。
還有的srt字幕文件，在srt之前還有有類似chs的字樣。其中的chs是表示的保留語種的類型，這需要作為文件名的一部分一起保留下來。
因為windows有自動識別文件的功能。例如rar文件, 或者已經被"寫字板"識別過的srt文件。如果系統能夠識別出來，都會自動顯示成各自專用的類型圖標。(如rar文件顯示的「被捆在一起的三本書」)這些字幕文件里,windows並不顯示出它們的擴展名,這時修改文件名字時,僅僅需要輸入電影文件的名稱就可以了,例如abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com]。
如果原有的字幕文件的類型不被WINDOWS識別, 例如idx和sub文件, 這時候修改文件名字時,不但需要輸入電影文件名,而且還要把擴展名也要輸入進去。如上面的例子,你就得需要把字幕得文件名改成abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].idx以及abc_def.ghi.[VeryCD.com].sub才行。
3。字幕文件名稱修改完成之後，運行相應的播放軟體，Vobsub就會自動啟動並且調用相應的字幕文件進行播放。
字幕文件和電影文件不在同一目錄下的處理方法：
有時候，我們不能保證字幕文件跟電影文件放在同一目錄下，比如刻好了CD之後，才找到字幕文件。就不能保證字幕與影片在同一目錄下了。這個時候，可以指定vobsub搜索特定的目錄去尋找字幕文件。雙擊剛才那個綠色箭頭的圖標，就會出現設置窗口，如下圖，預設的，你可以在C盤建一個subtitles的文件夾，Vobsub會在那裡查找字幕文件了。
VobSub字幕時間調整全攻略
在製作及播放外掛字幕的軟體中，最流行的就是VobSub了，這個軟體完全免費，而且最新的2.09版本支持它自己的idx/sub格式及其他字幕製作軟體生成的srt, sub, psb, smi及ssa格式，換句話說播放字幕有此一軟體足矣。
由於用VobSub製作字幕並不是難事，另外象原先VCD一樣，D版的DVD已經不難尋覓，加之射手網中文字幕庫的建立，只要能找到原版的DivX影片及對應的字幕，在電腦上看最新的高質量影片成為一種不錯的休閑活動。
不過由於種種原因，很多字幕文件時間和影片對不上號，這時候就需要用VobSub中的工具進行調整，但網上至今尚未找到詳細的文章介紹調整的方法。正好我前不久下載了國外DVL小組製作的《哈利·波特》DivX影片，此片CD1、2文件分別為705M和704M，而我的刻錄機不支持超燒，除了對AVI文件重新分割、合並外也需要對字幕進行調整，就以它為例來說明調整的方法。
一、字幕合並
我先用Nanb將CD1文件切下約6M，與CD2文件合並，再把CD2的片尾演職員表部分切掉約10M，這樣加上字幕，就能用700M的盤燒錄了。有關DivX影片文件的切割方法可看射手網上的相關文章。
下載了射手網上的字幕文件，解壓至一個目錄。因為我對CD1、CD2的avi文件都進行了調整，下載的字幕不能直接使用，必須經過重新合並及分割後才行。
先用VobSub Cutter打開CD1的字幕文件，記錄下End一行中顯示的時間數值。
然後用VobSub Joiner進行字幕合並，注意Beginning of一行中的時間，表示第二個Input文件從第一個Input文件的哪一個時間進行追加，在此填入剛才記錄的時間數值，點擊Go按鈕即完成字幕文件的合並。
二、字幕分割
看DivX影片，我都是用的Zoom Player，用這個軟體打開CD1文件，記錄下影片時間長度在此為1:11:10，一般在分割時填入此值即可。
不過為了精確起見，我用了一個輔助的方法，打開資源管理器，找到CD1的avi文件，右擊滑鼠，選「屬性」，在彈出的窗口中再點選「摘要」選項卡，注意「播放長度」那一行，小數點後的值為437，所以精確的時間長度為1:11:10:437。
運行VobSub Cutter，打開合並後的字幕文件，在End一行中填入精確的時間長度，點擊Save As...按鈕存檔即可。
CD1的字幕分割好了，接下來是CD2，是不是在VobSub Cutter的Start一行中填入1:11:10:437就行了呢？不是，更好的做法是先用播放軟體看影片，將進度條拉到影片快結束的地方，看最後顯示的字幕是什麼，然後用SubResync打開合並後的字幕文件，找到那一行字幕，在本例中為「救命！」，記錄緊接著下一行的時間數值。
在本例中此數值為1:11:15:618，運行VobSub Cutter，打開合並後的字幕，在Start一行中填入此值，存檔即可。
三、字幕微調
在字幕分割完成後，用Zoom Player試著播放影片，發現CD1的字幕已經不需要再調整，而CD2的字幕從開始就快了約6秒鍾時間。
運行SubResync，用滑鼠點擊第一行的Time值，使之成為編輯狀態，並修改為00:00:06:000，敲回車，軟體會自動在Time值前的復選框中打勾，存檔即可。
再用Zoom Player播放，發現從第7句話起字幕顯示時間延遲了約1分10秒，仍需調整。這時候就不能用SubResync了，因為這個軟體是將整個字幕文件的時間進行提前或延遲調節的，而此處只是想從第7句話起開始調整。
用記事本打開CD2字幕兩個文件中後綴名為idx的那個（顧名思義，這是個索引文件），找到第7句話對應的那一行，在此行前加入delay: -00:01:10:00
至此，字幕文件調整完畢，可以刻盤保存，留待以後慢慢的欣賞了。
附錄：
1、VobSub軟體及其基本的用法都能在射手網上找到；
2、推薦使用Zoom Player來觀看DivX影片，這個軟體佔用資源小，而且支持字幕、AC3音效等和DivX播放相關的一切內容，另外它完全免費且作者更新也很勤，最新的2.40版也能在射手網上下載。
這個軟體的默認設置不是很方便，推薦在軟體的Options窗口中進行如下設置：
在「Bar Buttons」選項卡選中「Resize video to the original source size」，在「Settings」選項卡選中「Show Time within Timeline area」、「+-->Include Total Video Length」和「++->Include Media File Name / DVD Title & Chapter」。
在打開avi或其他視頻文件後按空格鍵，再點擊控制條上的「1:1」按鈕就能以文件的原有解析度（即最佳解析度）來觀賞了。
3、第二步用查看文件屬性的方法獲取文件精確時間長度時間的方法在WinXP下無效，因為在WinXP下查看時是類似如下內容的窗口即和用Zoom Player播放時顯示的時間一樣。
4、在使用SubResync和加delay語句對字幕顯示時間進行微調時，在時間值前加「-」號使字幕顯示時間提前，不加則使字幕顯示時間延後。
字幕亂碼
由於各個國家使用文本編碼方式不同，所以像.srt、.sub、.ssa 和.smi 等基於文本格式的中文字幕在播放時就很容易出現亂碼。比如最近由法國推出的《聖鬥士星矢——冥王篇》，它的默認字幕是法文，並且不能正確顯示中文字幕。用下面的方法可以解決此類問題：首先，雙擊系統任務欄上的綠色小箭頭圖標，在出現的設置窗口中點擊「Text Settings」按鈕（默認為「Arial」）。然後，在彈出的「字體」設置窗口中，選擇「字體」為一種中文字體（ 如「 宋體」 等），「 字元集」 選擇「CHINESE_GB2312」（此處還可以設置「字形」和「大小」等）。最後，依次點擊「確定」退出設置，你會發現影片中的亂碼都變成了中文字幕。
播放字幕的調整
通常來說將字幕文件與.avi文件放在同一目錄或默認的字幕工作目錄下，而且字幕文件必須與.avi文件同名，這樣在你播放.avi文件時，外掛字幕軟體VobSub就會自動開始工作（新版本已支持中文目錄和自定義工作目錄），並在系統托盤區產生如前文所說的綠色箭頭工作圖標。VobSub的功能強大，調整項也較多，你可通過左鍵雙擊其工作圖標或者進入其運行組啟動Config面板。以下對一些關鍵設置作一介紹：
(1) Main——主菜單界面板。「Language」用於選擇正在顯示字幕文件的語言種類，「Override Placement」可設定字幕顯示位置，「Text Setting」為字體字型檔選項，「VobSub Settings」則用於設定VobSub的工作方式。在這里要注意的是，若要顯示中文字幕，你要先進入「Text Setting」，將字體改為中文字體，然後才可選擇中文字型檔GB2312。這一步非常重要，如果不作改變，VobSub將無法顯示中文字幕文件，或者顯示亂碼。當然，如果你播放外語字幕碰到類似的問題，一樣到這里調整為外語字型檔來解決。順便要說的是前面的Ffdshow，要顯示字幕亦應注意這一問題。最後通過「Launch Config Dialog」，可方便設定字幕顯示的默認方式。
(2) Misc——畫面及字幕輸出調整。這里主要有畫面垂直翻轉的選項「Flip Picture Vertically」，字幕輸出時垂直翻轉選項「Flip Subtitles Vertically」，以及隱藏字幕選項「Hide Subtitles」等。對於使用某些顯卡（如Matrox）和同時裝有DivXG400和VobSub的用戶，這里的設置更要有所注意。
Timing：字幕顯示時間及速度調整，非常重要的選項。由於DVDrip都是經切割編輯過的文件，而你下載的相應字幕文件由於可能是其他人製作的，顯示不一定完全和語音畫面同步，此時你就必須在這里調整字幕延時（Delay）或提前顯示，以使聲音和字幕顯示同步。注意它的基本單位是毫秒而不是秒，所以要延遲1秒，輸入的數值應該是1000。在這里還可調整字幕和畫面同步顯示的對比速率（Speed Ratio），熟練的玩家還可自定義字幕文件的播放速率（Playback Rate）。
Paths：字幕自動載入工作目錄設定。你可在這里增加或刪除VobSub自動載入字幕文件的存放目錄，默認目錄已包括有主文件（即.avi文件）目錄、「C:subtitles」目錄以及主文件目錄下的子目錄「subtitles」。你還可以通過「Add」按鈕來添加更多的工作目錄，通過「Remove」移去工作目錄（默認目錄不能被移去）。注意這里有個優先順序的問題，也就是說VobSub會優先調用排在列表前頭的工作目錄中的字幕文件；要改變這個順序的話，只有修改注冊表才能作到。
另一個字幕軟體DivXG400的設置基本上類似於VobSub的，這里就不詳述了。需要注意的是如果同時裝有DivXG400和VobSub，播放影片時的畫面和VobSub顯示的字幕常會翻轉，此時將VobSub中Misc面板的「Flip Picture Vertically」和「Flip Subtitles Vertically」同時選上，即可解決問題。同時兩個字幕軟體一起工作也實現了雙字幕，當然在這里也要注意兩個字幕的位置不能重疊，具體調節方法類似於前文介紹的Ffdshow字幕設置。

In my opinion this is the best Cinderella story that there is. The characters are fantastic! With all their different personalities coming together, it really makes the story fun to watch. And the music is wonderful, the songs are beautiful and catchy but not cheesy. The story line has more of a twist, in that the dream doesn't come true right when the slipper fits. If you love fairy tales and whimsical romances, this is the perfect movie for you.

international map. The story begins at a carnival in Ireland with British soldier Jody (Forest Whitaker) kidnapped by IRA terrorists Jude (Miranda Richardson) and Fergus (Stephen Rea). Fergus is assigned to guard Jody, and they become friends. After the kidnapping goes horribly wrong, Fergus escapes to London to track down Jody's girlfriend, Dil (Jaye Davidson), to fulfill a promise to Jody and ends up falling in love with her. The only problem--well, it's not the only problem--is Jude has also come to London with news that the IRA is after Fergus and has a dangerous new mission in mind.
喜劇動物片 101真狗
my personal favorite "101D" medium is Disney's "101 Dalmatians: the Series". It combines many themes of the existing material (Dodie Smith book, 1961 and 1996 movies). But still does its own things, too.
Our main pups include brave Lucky, who gets a strong personality mirroring his character in the book, lovable Rolly, the gourmand of the pups, and sweet little Cadpig, who is the true runt of the litter. Also there is Spot the chicken, who longs to be a dog. I find them all extremely amiable and enjoyable to watch. They are usually foiling Cruella's schemes for their land, or outwitting Lt. Pug (I'll get to him later), or sneaking into Grutely, or...just having fun, making a very likable show.
動畫喜劇 海底總動員

The splendour of natural history hit The Blue Planet is matched by the wit of the script and stars. Barry Humphries has a terrific cameo as a great white shark who's sworn off killing (Remember, fish are friends, not food!), while DeGeneres provides perfect timing and tone as Dory, whose short-term memory loss is a gag that never stops running.

這個殺手不太冷
This film was absolutely amazing. I have spent hours re-watching various scenes and noticing all the perfection with which they are acted and directed. It's not the violence or action sequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leon's door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman's face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.
I know a lot of people who have seen this film because they are action fans. I'm not. But I'm glad I finally found it, because it's a wonderful film in so many other ways.
刮痧的英文觀後感
Gua Sha is a movie about the differences between American and Chinese culture. Xu datong is a video games designer in St. Louis. When his father visits from China, he performs Gua Sha (a Chinese traditional treatment) on his grandson, which leaves bright red marks on the skin and causes a lawsuit of child abuse. In the court, Datong loses his mind so that finally he loses custody of his son. I think this scene is shocking and thought-provoking to most of the Chinese audiences. But the most impressing scene to me is the ending. Datong wants to see his son in Christmas eve, he has to climb a pipe to the ninth floor which his son lives. I think the pipe is not only a pipe, but also a gap, a deep gap between American and 5000-year Chinese culture.
