書：傲慢與偏見 簡愛 飄 紅與黑 罪與罰 牛虻（這兩部說實話挺深的，不易看懂。）
雙城記 呼嘯山莊 麥田守望者 湯姆·索亞歷險記 野性的呼喚 湯姆叔叔的小屋
巴黎聖母院 茶花女 基督山伯爵 海底兩萬里 愛麗絲漫遊奇境記
魯濱遜漂游記（這是我最喜歡的名著了。）
還有《洛麗塔》（如果你十分保守就不要看了）

我個人還比較偏愛推理小說，首推《福爾摩斯全集》，其次你可以看看愛倫坡和阿加莎*克里斯汀（我很喜歡她的《東方快車謀殺案》和《尼羅河慘案》，不過也許你會覺得枯燥點。）

美劇：gossip girl--這個現在很火的，不像friends那麼乏味，我認為不錯
（如果你不是只局限於美劇，我更想推薦幾個英劇：飛天大盜hustler，千謊百計lie to me，犯罪心理。這些都不錯，都是情節好的！）
再說一句，英劇里福克斯公司出品的都不錯，我推薦的就都是。以後你可以直接找這個公司的。

書：我推薦兩類，一是名著，湯姆索亞歷險記（如果需要，我有中英電子版）這個比較簡單，這是我看的第一部原版小說；二是現在流行的，可能你聽說過暮色，這個的原版我看過部分，挺簡單的，比名著簡單易懂，而且這書的情節是能吸引人那種。暮色共有四本。我也能提供你英文txt的。

電影：原聲最標準的就是迪斯尼公司出品的電影，以動畫片為主。因為我們嘗試過配音，所以我推薦獅子王，閃電狗。等等。還有個不是動畫片的，主角是幾只金毛巡迴犬，電影叫神犬也瘋狂。第二部叫雪狗兄弟。還有個很好看的電影就是暮色。這個不像動畫片里說話那麼慢，不過這個情節不錯。現在有第一部，11月上映第2部。
如果你很注重電影的發音的話，就多看看動畫片吧，而且要反復聽。畢竟動畫片時給年紀比較小的人看的，所以發音算是相當清楚的。

電視節目：美歐American idol，英國達人。這兩個。

如果是想提高英文水平，就看動畫片，因為動畫片的主看群是兒童，所以在對話及理解方面還是相對簡單的，多看一些英文動畫片，慢慢熟悉之後再看些歐美大片，循序漸進嘛。一定是全英文字幕的，不要雙語字幕，這樣才會更有幫助。

如果是書的話 我比較喜歡 余秋雨的 《霜冷長河》這本書真的不錯 很有哲理 和余秋雨的其他書不一樣 比較通俗易懂 適合你看
個人比較喜歡 蕭凱茵 的《迷津》 從Tn 走出來的冠軍選手。 用極其細膩的筆觸寫下了一個並不驚心動魄的故事。 因為上高中的話最好不要看太曲折的故事 容易分心。
有些東西還是很不錯的，藉此推薦下。
比如說 到視頻網上找一下 潘婷的某個經典廣告 是以卡農為背景 講了一個聾啞小女孩的音樂夢想。也蠻感動的。
與其說勵志，不如說感動。 很多感動的片子。 比如說 《和聲》韓國片。說不出的感覺，當生命擁有了意義，你就會知道為什麼而奮斗。
如果心不靜的話就去聽聽輕音樂 我蠻喜歡久石讓的鋼琴曲。
