想许多对于这四个字并不陌生，它是一部非常有名的电影。看过这部电影或书的人，都被里面的精彩内容吸引住，甚至无法自拔，一个个都想成为里面的主人公，一个个都活在虚幻的世界里。而真正了解这部电影或书的用意的人却寥寥无几。
里面的主人公“哈利波特”，他是一个十七八岁的孩子。但他的思想和行为却不是十七八岁的孩子能做到的。他从小受尽艰难。一出世，父母就被可恶的诅咒而死，可他却奇迹般地活下来了。并且身上带有常人没有的魔法。所以他的养父养母就很害怕，害怕的同时也常威胁他。在学校，他可是人人皆知，只要别的人一听见这四个字就远远地避开，害怕受到诅咒，所以他没有几个朋友。
在现实生活中，我们身边常发生这样的事。因为某人的身世可悲，觉得和他在一起霉运会传到他们身上。然而许多人在看这本书的时候，觉得哈利波特太值得同情了，有些人甚至感动的哭了。这样的人往往是最可怕的。因为他们说一套做的又是另外一套的事。
哈利波特是个有缺陷的孩子，但缺陷却给他带来了勇气。正如我们所知道的贝多芬，因为眼睛的失明，让他创作出了优美的曲子。而哈利波特是因为他身上有奇特的魔法，除掉了几十年来人们最痛恨、最害怕的伏地魔，成为人民心中的偶像。他也不再是别人鄙视的对象。换来的是别人对他的尊重。
在现实生活中，往往有些人因为不能接受自己的缺陷，渐渐地消极下去，而结果换回来的还是别人的嘲笑。
