剧情简介
话说在纽约市的下水道之中住着四只功夫高强的忍者龟，它们跟随着忍者师父—一只来自日本的超级大老鼠。一次偶然机会，它们救了一名正义的电视女记者，她也成为了唯一知道忍者龟藏身处的人。在多次行侠仗义后，他们与城市里的一个神秘组织结怨。这个组织招募了很多无知的青少年，教他们功夫，同时也指示他们做坏事。
在神秘组织的一次突袭后，由于寡不敌众，忍者神龟受了重伤，同时，他们的老师也被这个神秘组织抓去。
这个时候，女记者的上司又抱怨儿子经常夜不归宿。原来他也已经参加了那个组织。而在看到神秘组织领导对待老鼠老师的凶残后，少年跑来通知了忍者龟，并告诉了他们神秘组织的藏身地。而老鼠老师这个时候也听出，那个总是戴着面具的神秘组织头目，就是多年前在日本杀死自己主人的坏蛋。最终，忍者神龟们齐心合力，救出了自己的老师，彻底粉碎了神秘组织，而他们，也成为了少年们心中的英雄，成为了他们的新偶像。
幕后制作
本片一度掀起忍者龟及拿文艺复兴时期艺术家的名字开玩笑的热潮，派生两部续集，1991年的第二集沿用同一个模式，1993年的第三集把故事转移到日本。

剧情简介
