『壹』 《费城故事》影评，3000字，急！！
《断背山》已经好象现在来说已经成为了经典了，金球奖的8项提名，直指奥斯卡的气势，现在美国媒体的预测《断背山》在奥斯卡上的最佳导演或最佳影片至少取其一，或者直接就全面开花。
这是一部讨论同性恋或者至少说去讨论同性恋情节的影片，不过李安将这个话题讨论的那么婉约，让我们在观影过程中如果没有杰克和恩斯特的痛苦挣扎甚至我就把他当成美国西部一部清新的爱情片去看了，男人之间的感情也能做到这样，不知道为什么？我看这部影片的时候就脑子里就会浮现我们中国的梁山英雄和《费城故事》这两个不着边际的画面，后来想明白了，原来我在看《水浒传》时候曾经为梁山兄弟之间的那种感情所打动，但同时也产生了不理解，他们之间的感情超越了男人之间的感情的交流了吗？想起《费城故事》应该比以上的理所当然一点，这部拍摄于1993年的影片，是真实描述了同性恋在美国这样一个社会的大镜子看到了人性的关爱，包容，勇敢，谴责，冷漠，谎言！
影片的开头一段很快很乱的镜头让我记忆深刻，一组凌乱，快速，甚至可以理解成导演故意自由的镜头很快的编织了一个美国梦，美国人自己的梦，但随着故事的发展，梦也碎了，一如既往的碎了！
还是拿律师说故事（美国影片好象乐于此道，也许他觉得律师能代表美国倡导的自由和和平吧，我现在看自由女神都有点律师相），两位主角都是两位律师，安迪和乔，分别有汤姆.汉克斯和丹泽尔.华盛顿扮演，安迪事业正处于高峰，老板对他也是很信任，但是他自己也只有他自己知道他是一个爱滋患者，他也是个同性恋，但是不知道什么原因，在他觉得自己事业蒸蒸日上的时候，公司找个理由炒了他的鱿鱼，也许这样的男人感情是细腻也可以说是敏感的吧，或许就是那样，他认为自己是因为是同性恋和爱滋患者公司才炒了他，觉得这是公司对自己蓄谋已久的一个阴谋，自己律师的身份让他坚信自己能赢得这场官司，命运让他认识了乔，并且成了他的律师。
但过程是痛苦的，他必须将他的秘密在众目睽睽之下暴露出来，AIDS和同性恋在当时是很敏感的话题（这是我不理解的，美国一直号称人权和自由的国度竟然也会这样），他如果想打赢这场官司必须让陪审团相信公司解雇他是因为对他的歧视，公司却不承认，这是一场让人倍受折磨的官司，况且！此时的安迪身体状况是每况愈下了！
乔在与他接触的过程中逐渐了解了他，他们之间也是越来越默契，此时安迪的同性恋男友给了莫大的精神鼓励，也让乔看见了这也是一份值得去赞赏和包容的感情！
官司胜了，安迪倒下了，虽然家人和朋友无数次的招唤和永远的爱还是没有留住他，影片的最后，安迪的童年时光的剪辑，让这个世界回到了孩童时代，世界有时候是多么美好啊！
同性恋=死亡？
也许这两个词不应该放在一起，更不应该加上等于号，但是我是针对这部影片来说的，哥哥和歌手高风的离去当时媒体和我身边的人的话语，他们的口水有时候淹没了真相，让我真的认识到这两个词在有些带有偏见的人的眼里他们真的是觉得等同的，他们怀疑，我不怀疑，因为我不知道真相，他们的怀疑在他们来说就是真相，可是真相被这些人扭曲了，我们不说话了，但安迪他说了，他做到了，他证明了事实的真相，但是代价太大了，大的让我们怀疑真相的价值。
理解和关爱！
安迪是个同性恋，乔是个“正常人”，安迪要尊严去打这场官司，乔是出于不情愿去帮助他，对他来说，他的本能还是讨厌安迪或者他们这样的群体的，可是在接触的过程中，他发现他们之间是那么近，除了性取向，由为他争取法律的公正，到自己的职业操守，到接受到包容到爱的理解，他做到了，他去参加他们的同性恋PARTY，他们一起狂欢，他们靠的那么近，不是他的性取向发生了转变，是他的爱更宽容了，当他注视安迪和他的同性恋恋人翩翩起舞的时候，我看见了他目光中的爱和祝福！

The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horror and violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London.
The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist, an orphan, who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain, such as hunger, thirst, beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver, I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy, but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief, as was written in all the best stories, the goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft, little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them, or Rose read to him, and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty.
How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens-he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty. Although I don’t think goodness is omnipotent, yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.
For me, the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. On the contrary, as the famous saying goes, ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’, he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done, and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.
To my disappointment, nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodness in humanity. They look down on people’s honesty and kindness, thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted. As a result, they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others. On the other hand, they attach importance to money and benefit. In their opinion, money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility. If they cannot get profit from showing their ‘kindness’, they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down. They are one of the sorts that I really detest.
Francis Bacon said in his essay, ‘Goodness, of all virtues and dignities of the mind, is the greatest, being the character of the Deity, and without it, man is a busy, mischievous, wretched thing, no better than a kind of vermin.’
That is to say a person without goodness is destined to lose everything. Therefore, I, a kind person, want to tell those ‘vermin-to-be’ to learn from the kind Oliver and regain the nature of goodness.

故事是由主人公-----以实玛利走进“鲸鱼旅馆”的那一刻开始的，当晚，他被老板安排和一个名为“魁魁格”的大个子睡在一起，魁魁格是科科伏柯岛的王子，他有一手很好的叉鱼技术，魁魁格和以实玛利有着同样的志向——出海远航，做一名勇敢的水手。二人志同道合，就一起上路了，他们签约了一艘名为“裴廓德号”的捕鲸船
“裴廓德号”并不是一艘普通的船只，或许说“裴廓德号”的船长不是一个普通的船长吧。“裴廓德号”的船长名叫亚哈，他是一个瘸子，他的一条腿被一只名叫莫比迪克的白鲸给咬掉了。为此，亚哈船长与莫比结下了仇，并且发誓：誓死杀掉莫比。但是和白鲸作对自然不是什么好事，他们最后还是输了，并且输的一败涂地。船破人亡，唯一幸免的以实玛利因为一副棺材而获救，那个本来是给魁魁格准备的棺材，最后成为以实玛利的救命物，这实在是一个讽刺，一个对“裴廓德号”的讽刺，对所有船员的讽刺！
在读这个故事的过程中，有些场面实在是令人气愤，尤其是那个亚哈船长，我认为他简直是固执的可笑。难道为了一条腿，就可以牺牲自己的生命吗？尽管他的寿命不是很长了，但他完全可以放弃仇恨，安享晚年的。就是因为他的固执，让很多抱有梦想的人葬身于大海。
其实，亚哈船长从一开始就是错误的，他之所以那么恨莫比迪克，还不是因为莫比咬掉了他的一条腿，如果你说亚哈船长是因为怕这条白鲸去杀害更多的人而去不惜一切代价去捕杀它，那就错了，这只是他想要报复的一个借口，可是，回头想想，莫比为什么要咬掉他的一条腿呢？我们都知道，白鲸其实是一种很善良的动物，他不会故意侵犯你的，如若不是一开始，亚哈船长的贪婪欲望促使他去捕杀白鲸莫比，白鲸又怎会反抗呢？咬掉他一条腿已经是万幸了。
从一开始，亚哈船长就在为自己挖坟墓，从他捕杀莫比那一刻开始，他向莫比身上的投的鱼叉越多，他给自己挖的坟墓就越深，直到最后，他不仅自己跳了下去，还拉带这好多人一起跳下那个又深又“恐怖”的坟墓。那些与白鲸的斗争都是无意义。亚哈船长看上去很令人钦佩，因为他的勇敢，因为他的什么什么，但那是自私，另类的自私！从文章中不是没有看到大家在劝他放弃这个念头，“拉吉号”的船长劝过他，大副斯达巴克也劝过他，可他就是不听啊，到了最后，他似乎是完全疯掉了。
《白鲸》真的给了我很多的启示，你对待他人怎样，他人就会对待你怎样。你不去招惹别人，别人更不会冒犯你的。对待什么事物，可以不要过分的认真，当然我是指一些无意义的认真，也许就是那些你所认为的执着会害了你自己。

《猎人笔记》的中心思想便是反对农奴制。这种思想倾向不仅表现在对地主阶级的揭露和批判上，更重要的是表现在对农民的才能和精神世界的赞美上。佩诺奇金是书中刻画得最出色的地主形象。此人受过“良好”教育，颇有“文明”风度。但他表面上客气，实际上奴仆们稍有不周，便会受到严厉惩罚。其他的地主有的蛮横地抢占他人的土地，如“猎人的祖父”；有的精神空虚，变着法折磨农民和家仆，如科莫夫；还有的专门设立“办事处”，通过一批爪牙管理农民，如女地主洛斯尼亚科娃。农民们在这些乖僻的地主管治下，过着水深火热的生活。除了这些地主形象外，笔下出现的一系列富于才干的农民形象，使人们似乎看到了农奴制下的俄罗斯的希望。《霍里和卡利内奇》中的霍里和卡利内奇，一个勤劳自信，一个热情浪漫。《美丽的梅恰河畔的卡西扬》中的卡西扬纯真善良，头脑聪明，善于思考。《歌手》中的雅可夫具有非凡的艺术天赋。这些优良的品质出现在农民身上，既是一次大胆的尝试，也体现了屠格涅夫追求“真实”的创作态度。
《猎人笔记》中的风景描写也是极其出色的。屠格涅夫极擅长于描写自然风景。日月星辰、天空白云、晨光暮霭、雨露风霜等等自然现象以及大自然中的湖光山色、树林原野、香花野草、禽兽虫鱼，在他的笔下无不显得诗趣盎然，情味无穷。风景描写在书中具有多方面的作用：有时是标示故事发生时环境气氛和时间地点，有时烘托或反衬人物的内心世界，有时对情节的发展或结局起着象征作用。情与景的交融，让景物也具有了生命力，成了不可或缺的一部分。
