龚秋霞（1916年12月4日-2004年9月7日），原名龚莎莎、龚秋香。江苏崇明（今属上海市）人，中国著名电影演员。十二岁参加上海梅花歌舞团。在该团遍历大江南北，远涉东南亚，进行歌舞表演，成为该团台柱——著名的“五虎将”之一。
