The taxi had to stop for a man crossing the street, who had left for work five minutes later than he normally did, because he forgot to set off his alarm. While that man, late for work, was crossing the street, Daisy had finished rehearsing, and was taking a shower. And while Daisy was showering, the taxi was waiting outside a boutique for the woman to pick up a package, which hadn't been wrapped yet, because the girl who was supposed to wrap it had broken up with her boyfriend the night before, and forgot. When the package was wrapped, the woman, who was back in the cab, was blocked by a delivery truck, all the while Daisy was getting dressed. The delivery truck pulled away and the taxi was able to move, while Daisy, the last to be dressed, waited for one of her friends, who had broken a shoelace. While the taxi was stopped, waiting for a traffic light, Daisy and her friend came out the back of the theater.

大嘴茱丽娅.罗伯茨的几部经典电影一直是包括新东方老师在内的英语老师推荐的佳片.例如<风月俏佳人>,<我最好朋友的婚礼>,<诺丁山>等等.类似的影片还有<情归巴黎>,里面的音乐和女生独白十分好听,耐人回味.
动画片是推荐给英语初学者的,经典的<狮子王>前两部,<风中情缘>,<埃及王子>等等.相信影片里那动人的旋律,是我们每个人都耳熟能详,随意哼唱的.
作为女孩子,励志影片我最喜欢<律政俏佳人>,女主人公是我的偶像,她时尚,热情,敢于追求自己的梦想,永不言败.这种个性是我们缺少,同时又竭力追求的.
