I. 我的英语口语还不错，但总是听不清楚外国人说话，特别是电影里的一些读的快的句子，长的句子。有什么自己
出现这种问题，一般有两种原因——词汇量不足，或者熟练度、语感不够。
词汇方面还是要靠每日的积累。
关于语感，最重要的还是做听力练习。听力练习分为两类：
第一类是泛听（我们高考前的那些听力练习基本上都属于泛听）。听的时候尽量把握材料的大意和关键信息。泛听主要是为了营造英文的环境，量越大越好。
第二类是精听。听的时候必须心无旁骛，抓住每一个词。我们老师的方法是听写。初期每段材料听四遍——第一遍无停顿，理解大意；第二、第三遍每一句话后停顿若干秒，把句子写下来；最后一遍检查。后期每段材料只放一遍且不停顿，尽全力记下听到的每一个单词。一开始不熟练的时候你可以听一些慢速英语比如VOA Special，到熟悉后试着听正常语速的。
一开始可能有点难，但贵在坚持，你能感觉到自己的水平慢慢提高的~
