脚本是编剧术语，与剧本不同，脚本不会明确地指出演出者（包括动画、游戏人物等）究竟该说什么话，只是将人物需要做的任务安排下去。简单的说，脚本就是故事梗概。给你个简单的范本你可以体会下：
1.小明走在街上。
2.小明碰到同事小张，打招呼。
3.小明从同事小张那里得知今天本月工资发下来了。
4.小明去银行取工资。
5.小明发现工资卡上没有自己的工资，先是疑惑，然后是暴跳如雷。
6.小明去找老板老王理论。
7.王老板说他的工资都作为罚款了。
8.小明辞职。
以上就是一个脚本的范例，我们可以看到整个故事的大体发展，但没有看到故事的细节。脚本正是这样，可以说是故事的发展大纲，用以确定故事的发展方向。之后，确定故事到底是在什么地点，什么时间，有哪些角色，角色的对白，动作，情绪的变化，等等，这些更进一步细化的工作都是剧本的工作。
电影的画面顺序，并不一定要按照脚本的时间顺序写。可以在脚本中某一个时间点选为故事的开始点。
例如可以选择小明在街上遇到同事为开始，也可以选择在银行发现自己没有工资为开始，还可以以小明辞职为开始，用不同的表形手法来讲述。无论用那种手法，故事的发展方向是没有变的，小明最终辞职离开。
只有在脚本确定之后，才进行剧本的编写工作。剧本编写完成之后，才是分镜、场景、角色的确定。
另外，值得注意的是，日本动画制作过程中的“脚本”，其实就是“剧本”，翻译不同而已，例如日本的导演，不称为“导演”，而是“监督”，“脚本”其实就是“剧本”。

E. 怎么在中文版本的AE上使用英文版本的脚本
方法/步骤
先把运动跟踪数据互导脚本AEscripts MochaImport+ V5里面的MochaImportPlus.jsxbin文件复制到D:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2015\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels（你自己的AE安装目录），现在打开mocha Pro v4 (Win64) 英文原版文件夹，点击mochapro-4.0.0-8707.x64开始安装
NEXT下一步，勾选左边，再下一步，来到选择安装路径，我选择在D:盘文档内，点击Install 开始安装，出现Finish安装完毕
好了，这里有个问题，先打开你的文件夹选项，勾选显示隐藏文件，确定，这里注意，如果是第一次安装，请记得一定先找到你安装Mocha内的D:\Documents\mocha Pro V4\bin里面的mochapro.exe运行一次（运行一次才会生成下一步你要找的文件夹）忘记运行你就找不到这个文件夹，下一步就无法运行，现在拷贝mocha_Pro_v4_client.lic文件（Fixxed文件夹内）到c:\ProgramData\Imagineer Systems Ltd\Licensing文件夹内，再拷贝bsc.dll文件到你的安装路径D:\Documents\mocha Pro V4\bin内替换原文件（替换前备份）如需要汉化，那么久拷贝Mocha Pro v4 build 8707 （Win64）汉化文件内的mochapro.exe文件到你的安装目录D:\Documents\mocha Pro V4\bin替换原文件（记得备份）
现在mocha安装并破解汉化了，开始设置 事先拷贝到D:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2015\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels（你自己的AE安装目录）的MochaImportPlus.jsxbin脚本，怎么设置？请看下面：打开AE，在编辑选项最下面找到首选项（AECS这个选项是“常规”）进入常规在弹出框的中间找到“允许脚本写入文件和访问网络”勾选它！然后点确定，然后再找到AE上面的 窗口 选项，点击，就能看见窗口选项最下面是MochaImportPlus.jsxbin 点它！
弹出一个小框勾选左边，点击OK(只要的是我上面报的版本，按照我的步凑安装的，就会出现小框到后面的顺序步凑，其他版本的注册方式有些许不同)点击OK之后，弹出对话框中间的一串是你的许可码，点击OK，其他不管，显示小框，不认识英文的只需要看第二排的Thank you 就知道你注册成功了，感谢你的购买，点击OK
点击之后弹出MochaImportPlus.jsxbin设置框 点齿轮，会弹出一个框，白背景说主粗了一个用户，下面user那一段是选择 用户界面语言 中间是mocha(摩卡)版本 再下面打钩的是每10天检测升级，后面是说现在就去升级吗？
最下面的A开头的是说摩卡的高级设置，回到刚刚选择齿轮的图片，左边有 Track in mocha 摩卡追踪 的意思 是让你用摩卡打开选定的剪辑（说的够详细了）
下面的选项第一个Load from 是摩卡跟踪数据从文件加载 第二个Load from clipboard 是从剪切板加载。好了，可以去找一下教程使用使用Mocha了
