The first half of the movie is a whimsical, romantic comedy and often slapstick. Guido (Roberto Benigni), a young Italian Jew, arrives in Arezzo where he sets up a bookstore. 也许,煞有介事的军医官终于张口要跟基度说"很重要的事情"的时候,我已经想象到了基度一家团聚的场面.......
美丽人生,也许是这四个字让我在看到以上这两个场面的时候有过这样的期待.但是,没有---如同在导演在前半部展示了生活的美好一样,片刻之间,他又打碎了自己营造的最美好的东西----
基度确实就那么死掉了,就在等待希望的最后一个夜晚!
军医官想对基度说的只是一个扰得他几夜合不上眼的谜题而已!
悲剧,就像是被蜜蜂蛰了一下,刺痛过后,揉两下就没事了,慢慢的却在伤口处鼓起了一个大包!
