【小黄人】的创作初衷十分明确：你们不是喜欢小黄人吗？我给你拍个90分钟让你看个够，萌你一脸血。 所以本片则彻底成了小黄人的专场表演，剧情什么的统统不重要。因此在聒噪的90分钟里，小黄人那根本听不懂的语言吵吵闹闹地响了一个多小时，叽里呱啦一刻不得安宁。
我觉得用冯小刚评价【速度与激情7】的一句话来评价【小黄人】竟然相当合适“这部电影我看不到人心”。
这部片子在努力制造笑料，但全部都是由角色设定完成，与剧情根本没有联系。它们可以随时随地卖萌。从这点来说影片根本就是炒冷饭，没诚意的榨取商业利润。

与整体平庸的全片相比，反倒是几个细节出彩，比如小黄人突然冒出来的一句中文，起初是觉得是错觉。比如穿地下道时正好掀开井盖，而披头士四位成员正好走过那条著名的斑马线。不仅有趣更很好的贴合了故事背景，1968年的英国伦敦。以及戏谑了下各国历史。再有则是经典老歌用的非常恰当，来到美国后听到的是The Doors，来到英国后The Kinks, The Rilling Stones, The Beatles的歌曲都是耳熟能详的经典作品。

Storyline
