建议下载一些带有双语字幕的影片，但是切记看影片的心态要正确，是来学习的而不是要去看热闹，所以要想听懂一部影片，起码也要看几十遍，而且要有耐心。
开始可以英汉参考着去听，渐渐摆脱汉语字幕，不看字幕去听，听不懂的时候再参照汉语翻译，也可以有针对性的去记一些常用语、俚语和你感兴趣的词句，但是我始终认为兴趣是最好的老师，你看电影时不要有心理负担，要快乐的学习，而且着手时可以看一些自己喜欢的电影。
不要想着一两天就练出好的英语听力能力，要日积月累，这才是最关键的。
