好山清水秀的和平谷有点类似武当山，因为同样都住着一群武林高手。然而不同的是，和平谷中的武林高手，全都是动物。
熊猫阿宝（杰克·布莱克）大概是谷中少有的不会武功的居民。又肥又迟钝的阿宝在父亲经营的面馆里工作，父亲希望阿宝能继承面馆，然而阿宝却一心想学武功，成为谷中第一的功夫大师。但是这对向来好吃懒做的阿宝来说，也只是个遥不可及的梦而已。
乌龟仙师近日有不祥预感：大恶魔雪豹太郎，即将要突破困住它多年的黑牢，太郎出狱后必定会来和平谷复仇。于是，和平谷要马上召开武林大会，选出一名代表对抗太郎。
谷民最看好的是谷中五大高手：(母)老虎大师（安吉丽娜•朱莉）、竹叶青蛇（刘玉玲）、猴大师（成龙）、鹤大师（大卫•克洛斯）以及螳螂大师（塞斯•罗根）。这五大高手在个子小小的师傅小熊猫，名字也就直接叫师傅（达斯汀•霍夫曼）设置的武台上一决高下。
阿宝当然不放过这么热闹的场面，一早准备占好位置观摩，但天不遂人意，由于阿宝天生的肥胖，使他爬到比武大会现场费了不少功夫，同样错过了很多好戏。但阿宝终于在龟仙人宣布获胜者时掉入现场。原本只想当个开心看客的阿宝竟然莫名其妙地在武林大会中被乌龟仙师看中，成为将与太郎一决生死的和平谷代表，这一结果让师傅相当震惊。
既然天意如此，师傅也只好认证阿宝的资格。然而阿宝不会武功是事实，于是要在短时间内将这只胖熊猫变成武林高手成为师傅职业生涯中最大的挑战。与此同时，五大高手，也就是阿宝的师兄师姐，以各种心态各种方式对待阿宝。
当小熊猫师傅绝望的时候，龟大师以坚决的态度，肯定了阿宝的实力，相信它一定可以成为一个武功秘籍的拥有者！在一次意外中小熊猫师傅看到阿宝的潜能，决定把这种潜能发掘出来。小熊猫师傅使用特别的教学方式，在短时间之内让阿宝变成了会武功的高手，拿到真正的武功秘籍后，阿宝打开秘籍，却惊讶的发现秘籍里面竟然是空的。于是，小熊猫师傅决定自己对付雪豹，让阿宝和它的那几个高徒带领和平谷的谷民逃亡。
阿宝在逃亡的途中，父亲告诉他家里祖传的面汤其实没有任何的秘方，味道好的秘诀是面的本身！阿宝突然想到那个空空的却能映出自己的秘籍，他忽然明白，根本没什么秘籍，而秘籍所表达出的意思是武功的最高境界是自己本身！于是他决定回去帮助小熊猫师傅打败太郎！
激烈的战斗后，阿宝以自己对武功的悟性和师傅传授的武术，战胜了太郎，拯救了山谷，为山谷带来了和平。

怦然心动
I do like a good coming of age story and I knew within the first 10 mins that I'd like this film. I find that stories and romances like this always work better set in an older more innocent time period.
I didn't realise until after that Rob Reiner had directed and in all honesty it wasn't too much of a shock. He did after all direct Stand By Me which is probably the daddy of coming of age stories.
As in the title, what I liked about this film was when it 'Flipped'. We'd first get Bryce's take on something that happens after which the same series of events would be told by Juli. It's a simple story - girl likes boy, boy doesn't like girl and only realises he does just after the girl begins to not like him. It's nothing new or original but it told with a simplistic charm and works wonders thanks to the two leads and outstanding supporting cast.
This is a nice film. One of the type that will put you in a good mood and make you long (if you don't already have it) for a true love story of your own. My only complaint is the running time which seems way too short. There's so much build up to the inevitable between Bryce and Juli that when it comes, that's it - end of film.

Pride and Prejudice was Jane Austen’s second novel written in 1796 and was published in January 1813. The main subject in the novel is stated in the first sentence of the novel: "It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife." In this statement, she has declared that the main subject of the novel will be courtship and marriage. Similar to other Jane Austen’s novels, it was written in gentle satire. The main object of Jane’s satire in the novel is the mercenary and the ignorance of the people, a common criticism of the 18th century.
However, it is the priceless love that impressed me most. Pride and Prejudice contains one of the most valuable love stories in English literature: the courtship between Darcy and Elizabeth. As in any good love story, the lovers must overcome many stumbling blocks, beginning with the tensions caused by the lovers' own personal qualities. Elizabeth's pride makes her misjudge Darcy on the basis of a poor first impression, while Darcy's prejudice against Elizabeth's poor social standing blinds him to her many virtues. Austen, meanwhile, put countless smaller obstacles to the realization of the love between Elizabeth and Darcy. In each case, anxieties about social connections, or the desire for better social connections, interfere with the workings of love. Darcy and Elizabeth's realization of a tender love seems to imply that Austen views love as something independent of these social forces, as something that can be captured if only an indivial is able to escape the effects of hierarchical society. Yet with this devious love story, I know and believe that true love is a force separate from society and one that can conquer even the most difficult of circumstances.

James Ryan is the fourth brother to be involed in the Second World War.His three brothers has already been killed, two of them in the D-Day landing in Normandy, the other in a battle in another part of the world.Their heart-broken mother receives the news about all her dead sons on the same day.The US army decides to send a groups of men into the French countryside to try to find the fourth brother.Captain Miller, a hero and the surviror of the Omaha Beach battle, is choosen to lead the rescue team of eight men.
The film opens with a 30-minute sequence of the invasion of Normandy, probably the most violent images of war ever shown in a film.We see the full horror of the war,and the chaos and the senseless waste of life.
Saving Private Ryan is an unforgettable anti-war film,and also a story of couerage and sacrifice.Spielberg has made a lot of good films, but he has never made one with such a strong message.And the message is simple---We want peace,we don't want war.
