传递正能量。陈一冰说的多好啊！现在我们所提倡的鼓励，是人都爱听好话，听了好话之后干劲更足，谁愿意听批评啊！即使错了，也有原因，也希望得到理解，而不是讽刺、挖苦、抱怨，负面的批评有的能产生激励作用，但大多只能让人越听越丧气，逆境出人才，但顺境更易出人才！
