It must be painful.So after several times,they jumped a little lower,in case of knocking the glass.After three days,when the zoologist took off the glass,he found that no flea would jump out of the glass cylinder.Why? Because they got used to jump gently. We can find the glass is a visible prison to the fleas,but they build an invisible prison for themselves after three days. The same with the film,the characters like the fleas in a visible prison which is called Shawshank. There are three characters made a deep impression on me. They are Andy 、 Red and Brooks. Though they are the same in the visible prison,they are different .The difference between them is whether there located an invisible prison in their heart. Brooks who lives in the Shawshank for fifty years.He likes the flea in the experiment,when he gets the chance to leave Shanwshank, he chooses to threaten his mates in order to stay in Shanwshank. But he fails,his only hope is broken.During the fifty years,he builds an invisible prison for himself. I remember the first time I watched this film was in my senior high school,and I still remember that I cried hard when I saw Brooks hung himself.At that time I thought it's the fault of the society,but now I think it's the fault of the invisible prison.Red's words proves my point:"Man's been here fifty years. This place is all he knows. In here, he's an important man, an ecated man. A librarian. Out there, he's nothing but a used up old con with arthritis in both hands. But Andy's word influences him"get busy living,or get busy dying."At that time,Red picks up his hope which breaks the invisible prison.When a man has the courage to break the invisible one,let alone the visible one.At the end of film,Red get out of the Shawshank and has a new life in the society with his hope! Red,may short of the word"redemption",and he redeems himself. Andy who is the hero in this film.And he is an amazing flea! But before I get ahead of myself I have to admit I never watched even a single episode growing up. I had just hit high school and I wasnt interested. So there wasnt any real baggage involved either side of the coin.

Yet there I sat in the first public screening anywhere on the planet (June 12th in Sydney, Australia, with Michael Bay introcing it) and it just overwhelmed me and everyone else! There was never a ll moment, the script flowed easily, the acting was first-rate and the seamlessneof the CGI and live action was taken to another level.

Its going to be the hit of the summer and was better than any of the big third installment trilogies I have just also seen. And I love each of those franchises.

Congratulations on a movie that not only met expectations but exceeded them.

In my opinion this is the best Cinderella story that there is. The characters are fantastic! With all their different personalities coming together, it really makes the story fun to watch. And the music is wonderful, the songs are beautiful and catchy but not cheesy. The story line has more of a twist, in that the dream doesn't come true right when the slipper fits. If you love fairy tales and whimsical romances, this is the perfect movie for you.

I watched this movie when it first came out thirty years ago. The music is wonderful. Just what you would expect. The take on the story is a little different but not so different as to disappoint diehard Cinderella fans. There is more of a back story to the Prince and a new dilemma keeping him and Cinderella apart. The stepmother and stepsisters are divine. They nailed the parts. The fairy godmother is a riot and probably my favorite character in this movie. The incidental love story of the prince's companion-at-arms and a lady-in-waiting is very charming. I have always loved fairy tales and I was not disappointed in the retelling of one of the world's favorites.

The film stars a panda named Po (voice of Jack Black), who is so fat he can barely get out of bed. He works for his father, Mr. Ping (James Hong) in a noodle shop, which features Ping's legendary Secret Ingredient. How Ping, apparently a stork or other billed member of the avian family, fathered a panda is a mystery, not least to Po, but then the movie is filled with a wide variety of creatures who don't much seem to notice their differences.
They live in the beautiful Valley of Peace with an ancient temple towering overhead, up zillions of steps, which the pudgy Po can barely climb. All five have been trained (for nearly forever, I gather) by the wise Shifu, who with Dustin Hoffman's voice is one of the more dimensional characters in a story that doesn't give the others a lot of depth. Anyway, it's up to the temple master Oogway (Randall Duk Kim), an ancient turtle, to make the final selection, and he chooses -- yes, he chooses the hapleand pudgy Po.
The story then becomes essentially a series of action sequences, somewhat undermined by the fact that the combatants seem unable to be hurt, even if they fall from dizzying heights and crack stones open with their heads. There's an extended combat with Tai Lung on a disintegrating suspension bridge (haven't we seen that before?), hand-to-hand-to-tail combat with Po and Tai Lung, and upstaging everything, an energetic competition over a single mpling.
"Kung Fu Panda" is not one of the great recent animated films. The story is way too predictable, and truth to tell, Po himself didn't overwhelm me with his charisma But it's elegantly drawn, the action sequences are packed with energy, and it's short enough that older viewers will be forgiving. For the kids, of course, all this stuff is much of a muchness, and here they go again.
