比起前段时间的谍战剧《伪装者》来说，《潜行者》这部剧有着与其同样惊险的剧情，剧中人物设定也是同样复杂，但是与《伪装者》不同的是，《潜行者》在紧张刺激的同时，也有轻松愉快的一面，尤其是“公路题材”的感觉更符合现代观众的味蕾。

剧情简介

经济学奇才李正白意外卷入了一场针对日伪的经济战，结识了最终引导自己找到信仰的精神导师伍云召，并在行动中，遇到了一生的爱人陆清瑶。与此同时，阴险狡诈的万里涯和老谋深算的姜成达粉墨登场，与李正白展开了争斗。

经历了血与火的洗礼，李正白抱定信念，率领着“猎风行动组”历尽艰辛，在地下党员陆清瑶的协助下，与严正方等人舍死忘生，最终打赢了这场旨在重创日伪经济的没有硝烟的战争。

孰料，成功后的李正白等人等来的却是军统内部的一纸诛杀令。生死存亡之际，李正白等人看透了腐败的国民党政府的无耻，毅然选择了革命道路，加入了真心抗日的队伍。
