《忍者蝙蝠侠》的制作阵容也是相当的不错，监督由神风动画的水崎淳平担任，脚本由中岛一基担任，他曾经参与过《KLK》、《天元突破》等动画的制作，人设方面由《爆炸头武士》的冈崎能士担任，音乐为菅野祐悟《PSYCHO-PASS》，动画制作由神风动画担任。看着这个制作阵容，感觉本作很让人非常期待。
