我觉得可能是没有请专业的，都是群演吧，群演肯定没有经过专业的训练，普通话自然就不标准了。我看过一个电影《岳父岳母真难当》里面有一个开烤鸭店的中国人，是我目前在所有国外影视剧里中文说的最最最标准的。虽然只露脸几秒钟。但其他国外电影连跑龙套的都没有请过真正的中国人。

普通话是解放后确定的，以北京语音为标准音，以北方话为基础方言的语法规范，所以可能每个人对普通话的标准不同。
